Our Legal Fees 

We disclose upfront how much we charge. There are no hidden fees or surprises.  You can always find someone who is willing to do it cheaper but if you are looking for a reputable firm who will follow through with their promises then you are in the right place.  We are not the cheapest nor do we intend to be.

Lastly, the whole amount doesn't have to be paid all at once. We offer affordable payment plans for most of our services.

Expungement Basic Package - $1,000-$2,500

  • Payment Plans of $250 - $500 a month;

  • Record Research;

  • Pay all fees associated with obtaining court records;

  • Prepare Motion;

  • File Motion with Court;

  • Pay Filing Fees;

  • Prepare Responses to any Objections;

  • Attend Court Hearing; and 

  • Obtain a Certified Copy of the final Expungement Order.

Pardon Package - 
$3,500-$10,000

  • Payment Plans of $250 - $500 a month;

  • Record Research;

  • Pay all fees associated with obtaining court records;

  • Obtain and prepare the Pardon Application

  • File Pardon Application with PA Board of Pardons;

  • Pay any Filing Fees;

  • Attend the Pardon review hearing with the PA Board of Pardons;

  • If Pardon is granted, file for Expungement of all charges
